TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE NEWSLETTER OF THE ONLINE STORE OPERATED AT WWW.DOGGYTRAININGHUB.COM

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Newsletter service of the online store operated at www.doggytraininghub.com and are effective as of November 21, 2024.

§ 1 SERVICE PROVIDER

The Newsletter service is provided and maintained by Marek Latuszek, conducting business under the name Marketing Heroes Marek Latuszek, located at ul. Lipowa 1B, 55-040 Kobierzyce, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8982174408, REGON: 385637130, email: contact@doggytraininghub.com, hereinafter referred to as MARKETING HEROES.

§ 2 NEWSLETTER SERVICE

The Newsletter service involves sending information via email to the address provided by the User. These emails are sent by MARKETING HEROES and include updates, promotional offers, and other content as outlined in § 3. The service is provided free of charge and for an indefinite period.

§ 3 CONTENT OF THE NEWSLETTER

The Newsletter contains information about MARKETING HEROES’ products and services, current promotions, new offerings, and other relevant updates.

§ 4 FREQUENCY OF NEWSLETTER MESSAGES

Newsletters are sent at least once every two days.

§ 5 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To use the Newsletter service, the User must have access to a computer or other device with an Internet connection and an active email account.

§ 6 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To subscribe to the Newsletter, the User must complete the registration process on the website. This includes:

• Providing an email address via the form available on www.doggytraininghub.com.
• Consenting to receive marketing communications electronically.
• Accepting these Terms of Service.
• Clicking the “Sign Up” button.
• Confirming registration by clicking the link sent to the provided email address with the subject line “Registration Confirmation.”

By clicking the confirmation link, the User’s email address is added to the MARKETING HEROES Newsletter subscriber list. The email address will only be used to send messages as described in § 3.

The steps outlined in this section are mandatory for the provision of the Newsletter service.

§ 7 DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of Users’ personal data is MARKETING HEROES. Users may contact MARKETING HEROES by emailing kontakt@ogarnijgo.pl.

California Residents:
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include:

§ 8 USER RIGHTS

Users have the right to:

• Rectify or transfer their data.
• Request data deletion or limit processing.
• Object to the processing of their data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
• File a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority, including the California Attorney General for California residents.

§ 9 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed by MARKETING HEROES solely in connection with the Newsletter service.
Providing data and consenting to participate in the Newsletter is voluntary.

Data collected for the Newsletter will be retained until the User withdraws their consent.
Personal data may be shared with entities supporting MARKETING HEROES in legal, marketing, or IT matters.

For California residents, additional rights apply under CCPA, as outlined in § 7.

§ 10 CHANGING EMAIL ADDRESS AND CANCELLATION

Users may change their email address or unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without providing a reason or incurring costs. To do so, send a request to contact@doggytraininghub.com.

§ 11 PROHIBITION OF UNLAWFUL CONTENT

Users must not send or provide MARKETING HEROES with any unlawful content in connection with the Newsletter service.

§ 12 COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website uses cookies to improve the functionality and provide tailored content. By subscribing to the Newsletter, you consent to the use of cookies.

California residents can manage their cookie preferences via the “Cookie Consent” banner or “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link.

§ 13 COMPLAINTS

Users may submit complaints about the Newsletter service to contact@doggytraininghub.com.
A complaint should include:

• The email address used for registration.
• The email or correspondence address for the response.
• The preferred method for receiving the resolution.
• A description of the issue.

Complaints will be reviewed, and a response provided within 14 days. If additional information is required, the User will be notified.

§ 14 FINAL PROVISIONS

MARKETING HEROES reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of changes through a notice posted on www.doggytraininghub.com, including the new Terms of Service.

The information will remain accessible for at least 14 days. Newsletter subscribers will also receive an email with details about the changes no later than 14 days before the amendments take effect.

Changes become effective as specified in the notice but not sooner than 14 days after notification. If a User does not accept the new Terms of Service, they may unsubscribe from the Newsletter within this period.
